Travis Watkins Tax Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Travis Watkins Tax Affiliate Program (the "Program") is open to any individual or entity that has a website or blog, and who is interested in promoting the services of Travis Watkins Tax (the "Company").
2. Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program Application, which can be found on the Company's website. The Company reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
3. Affiliate Link: Once your application is approved, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link (the "Link") that you can use to promote the Company's services on your website or blog. The Link will contain a unique code that will allow the Company to track any sales that are generated through your promotion.
4. Commission: As an affiliate, you will earn a commission on any sales that are generated through your Link. The commission rate will be set by the Company and will be paid to you within 30 days of the time received from the IRS.  basis. The commission rate is subject to change at any time.
5. Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any activities that are intended to artificially inflate sales or commissions, such as click-fraud or cookie stuffing. Any affiliate caught engaging in such activities will be immediately terminated from the Program and will forfeit any outstanding commissions.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program, including any lost profits or lost opportunities.
7. Term and Termination: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program Application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
8. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to you.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
